Our ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification demonstrates that we have set the highest standards for our information security. We are continually improving the way we work and identify the risks as they evolve. Our team assess the implications and ensure our robust IT security management process is fit for purpose to protect CADS and our clients as necessary.
Cyber Essentials
Cyber Essentials is a Government-backed, industry-supported scheme to help organisations protect themselves against common cyber threats and demonstrates CADS’ commitment to cyber security.
Cyber Essentials Plus builds on this further, with our security controls independently tested by a third-party assessor to provide additional assurance to our clients and partners.

Geospatial Survey Association
For over 40 years CADS has provided reliable and trusted surveying services to architects, building services and structural engineers, project teams, building contractors and property managers. We are delighted to be an affiliate member of the Geospatial Survey Association.

Facilitiesline
Facilitiesline accreditation is a part of Constructionline and enables CADS to demonstrate our Health and Safety competence to clients, utilising a nationally recognised Health and Safety certificate from an SSIP Member Scheme.
Achilles Silver Supplier
Achilles independently assesses suppliers across areas including health and safety, sustainability, ESG and financial standards, helping organisations manage supply-chain risk.
CADS’ participation in the Achilles Network provides customers with independent assurance of our standards across Survey Services and Retail Planning.
In 2026, CADS achieved a 4-star Achilles Sustainability Rating, scoring 78 out of 100 in our first year of assessment.
