A lower cost accurate asset record
When a building is in use, accurate asset records provide 3D Digital twin models of the physical sites. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services can be tagged for Facilities Management and Planned Maintenance purposes. This provides a lower cost alternative to a full Revit model when a building is occupied and the asset record is exclusively needed for ongoing management and maintenance.
3D digital twin models, 2D plans and a virtual flythrough
We deliver your Matterport survey data to you as a web-based 3D model which includes the interactive ‘dolls house’ view. Within the model you can easily navigate to your location of choice, where you can verify the situation on-site, tag, and annotate any information you need to share.
Matterport data supply
Our experienced surveyors can supply your Matterport scan data as a 2D schematic floor plan supplied as a .pdf file format. The 2D schematic can also be converted into a .dwg file format.
You can also request an e57 Point Cloud data file as a deliverable which can be used to prepare both 2D schematic floor plans and a basic LoD 2 Revit model.
Matterport for office and retail fit out
Matterport ‘3D Digital twin models ‘ enable estate-wide office and retail fitout projects to be managed remotely. Using these immersive 3D virtual tours, colleagues digitally collaborate to make informed design decisions, reducing site visits and project time.
Matterport for fit-out projects
You can use Matterport surveys in conjunction with retail store planning data hosted on the retail software StoreSpace® platform, for your next store rollout refurbishment programme. Matterport surveys deliver valuable data to help contractors plan and implement shell and core, Category A and Category B refit projects using the Matterport dolls house viewing mode.
