Managing Director baton passed to new leadership as CADS director retires
We’re delighted to confirm that Aaron Wright has been appointed the new Managing Director of CADS, as current Managing Director, Guy Moates, begins his retirement.

Aaron joined the business in 2006, became a director in 2016 and has played a pivotal role in the success that CADS has experienced.
Having shared the Managing Director role since August 2019, Aaron will now lead the company, as Guy Moates begins his retirement after a very successful 27 years with CADS.
“Firstly, I’d like to thank Guy for all the support he’s shown both CADS and me personally. We’re all incredibly proud of the achievements he’s overseen, including our amazing services, hugely talented team, key partners and supportive clients.”

After almost 3 decades as the driving force behind our success, Guy Moates has handed over the reins and will be beginning what we hope is a long, happy and relaxing retirement.

said Guy.
Aaron has a financial background and became a Chartered Accountant in 2010. He gained an Executive MBA in 2013.
As a director and then Joint Managing Director, Aaron has worked on operational and strategic matters across all areas of the business. For the last five years, Aaron has worked alongside Guy to optimise and grow the business, resulting in the most successful and profitable period in our 40-year history.
