Steve Moore, CADS Housing Senior Project Manager, leads the team including Regional Managers, an Edinburgh Helpline and 170 housing surveyors delivering the English Housing Survey (EHS). Each year, the team surveys approx 8,000 dwellings, collecting data on housing condition, quality, energy and environmental performance.
This work supports the EHS, one of the UK’s largest official National Statistics housing surveys, delivered on behalf of the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. Steve also presents at the comprehensive annual CADS Housing refresher training and the bi-annual CADS Housing new surveyor training held at Warwick Conference Centre.
In his spare time Steve enjoys spending time in his greenhouse and garden.
